Joshua is thrilled to begin his exciting 15-16 season with a return to his Ottawa Valley roots performing the title role in Il barbiere di Siviglia with Opera Lyra Ottawa.  He’ll also be making his much anticipated return to Houston Grand Opera bringing his renowned portrayal of Count Almaviva in Mozart’s masterpiece Le nozze di Figaro and reprising his endearing performance of The Pilot in Rachel Portman’s whimsical The Little Prince.  Following his poignant debut as Tadeusz in Lyric Opera of Chicago’s production of The Passenger, Joshua makes his return to the company to perform Mercutio in Bartlett Sher’s production of Roméo et Juliette.  He ends his season with Santa Fe Opera as Olivier in their new production of Capriccio.

Furthering his commitment to concert work, he joins Michael Tilson Thomas and the New World Symphony for A Schumann Journey and Jeffrey Tate and the Hamburg Symphony Orchestra as Dr. Pangloss in Bernstein’s Candide.
